SHIPPING DELAYS:
Processing delays resulting from customs, public holidays, severe weather, or courier transit errors are beyond our control. While we will make every effort to assist in resolving these issues, we are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit.
Engraving
Due to ongoing COVID considerations, our engraving service is currently paused. Please seek services at a local engraver near you.
Returns
Items may be accepted for credit or exchange in Australia if returned in saleable condition within the first 30 days since purchase. It is to be accompanied by a Yurn tax invoice. Some exclusions may apply. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs and insurance associated with product returns. Refund, credit or exchanges will not be issued for returning goods that are damaged in transit.
Due to the sensitive nature of our items, any return is required to meet quality checks before being accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure you meet the following conditions found in our Returns Policy.

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
Due to ongoing COVID-19 safety considerations, Yurn and its delivery providers have temporarily suspended client signature requirements for most deliveries, in order to extend safety precautions. We kindly suggest following your shipment with the dedicated tracking information found in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box or Parcel Locker?
In order to ensure safe and secure delivery, orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, Parcel Lockers or any other postal service associated with Australia Post.
Can I modify my shipping address?
Shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be modified once the order has been submitted. Please contact our Client Care to check the status of your order. If your order is yet to be processed, your shipping address may be able to be modify manually by our team.
Can I have my item delivered to a Funeral Home?
It may be possible to have your Urn delivered to a Funeral Home.
Enter your preferred Funeral Home address in the ‘Shipping Address’ section during checkout of your order. We suggest contacting your nominated Funeral Home to let them know you plan to have the Urn delivered to them and contact your nominated Funeral Home again once delivery is complete.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
Do you ship interntionally?
No, currently the Yurn.com.au website is only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within Australia. Check back soon.
